Enrollment

Please review the following requirements before completing the online enrollment form. One application must be submitted for each child. New applicants must provide an original birth certificate (a copy will be made in the office). The following fees and documents are required to complete the admission process:

• $250 non-refundable Application for Admission Fee ($50 for each additional child; not required for VPK)

• $200 VPK Retainer Fee (refunded after 30 days of attendance)

• Certificate of Eligibility (VPK Voucher)

After submitting the enrollment form, you will have the option to be directed to a secure payment page to complete all required fees electronically. Payments can also be completed in person.
